We offer free exchanges and returns for robes only for all US orders if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. Other products and international orders do not qualify for returns. For qualifying returns we will refund the entire purchase amount minus the cost of shipping.  We do not provide return labels. In order for a return or exchange to be approved it must meet the following criteria:

Customer must contact us within 30 of receiving the order. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
